Soffi for product managers
Prototype on your real product in real time
What changes for you
| Today | With Soffi |
|---|---|
| You start from a screenshot | You start from your codebase |
| A copy fix waits for sprint capacity | You change it and open the PR yourself |
| You still can't ship your prototype | The prototype is the pull request |
| What you test is a lookalike nobody can comment on | It's your live product with comments on screen |
| Feedback is scattered across Slack, Figma, and a ticket | Comments and videos land in one place |
| The component in the mock might not exist | If it isn't in your repo, Soffi doesn't offer it |
| DIY means learning to code or a local dev | In your browser. No code, no setup. |
“We wait a week to ship a one-line copy change.”
“The prototype starts from scratch. The product doesn't. Current tools just add another handoff and more confusion.”
What product managers do with Soffi
- 01
Turn a PRD or ticket into a live prototype
Attach the PRD, start from a ticket, or just describe it. Soffi already has your screens, components and tokens, so it builds on the real thing instead of guessing at it.
- 02
Edit existing screens without design queues
Change the copy, the spacing, a button, a variant on a live screen, and ship it as a PR for review. You're using your code and don't need to re-upload context into a prompt every time.
- 03
Test with customers early
Open a workspace per flow, build multiple versions, and put them in front of your team or customers in the same week. Comments and video land on your app, not a dummy prototype.
- 04
Give feedback and get it on the product itself
Share a review link anyone can open. Comment on any component, record a video walkthrough, keep every thread in one place, and turn any comment into a change on the spot.
What you get
Plan mode
Attach a PRD, pull a ticket, or say it out loud. Soffi builds the plan for you to approve.

Live workspaces
Your product running in the browser, one click. No local setup, nothing to maintain.
Visual editing
Click any element and change the copy, the spacing, a button, a variant. Undo works.
Review links
A link on the running product, comment-only. No seat, no install, no login.
Comments and video
Threads that sit on the component they're about, plus video walkthroughs.
Multiplayer
More than one person in the same running product at once, every change attributed.
One-click pull requests
A pull request with a summary and visual diffs into your existing eng review processes.

Common questions
01Isn't this another tool for my team to learn?
It's additive, not a process change. Start with one project and one squad. Your engineers keep their agents and review, work stays tracked as is, and designers keep their design tools.
02Do I need to know how to code?
No. Click an element and edit it, or describe what you want. Some PMs go deep on coding agents and get real results, but learning to code shouldn't be the blocker to building in product.
03Does Soffi push code by itself?
No. Soffi works in an isolated environment with no access to production, and nothing leaves it unless you open a pull request. Your engineers review and merge, exactly as today.
04Can I share this with a team member, exec, or customer?
Yes. Send a review link with comment-only access: no seat, no install, no account. They comment, record video, and reply in threads pinned to the components themselves.
05What happens if we don't ship the prototype?
Nothing to clean up. Workspaces rebuild from main and tear down when the work merges, so there's no stale environment and no orphaned branch.
06Where does the design system in my prototype come from?
Your codebase, so it's what's actually in production. That's why what you approve is what ships. Deprecate a token and Soffi stops offering it, even if someone prompts for it.
See it running on your own app
Start in a free sandbox on a demo app, or connect your repo and we'll handle the rest: the infrastructure, the setup, and your security review.
